INSTRUCTIONS
Installation Instructions:	Notes On Installation: For use in or near sleeping areas. Install at least 15' from heating or cooking appliance and at least 6" from the ceiling.
Maintenance Instructions:	Vacuum the detector once a month with the brush attachement to remove accumulated dust.
PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Background:	Air and CO enters into the detector at the bottom vent and circulates through the sensing chamber (metal dioxide sensor), existing through the top vent. Alarm occurs when minimum CO levels are detected. See the 'CO Detector' file in Engineering for detailed inforemation on minimum/maximum CO levels as it relates to the alarm function.
